1-piece body moulded by high-temperature-high-pressure compression.
Door closure system outside the sealed zone.
Top and bottom canopies allow reversing the door opening, by inverting the enclosure.
Integral bosses for installation of accessories by threaded brass inserts.
Version with toughened glass window.

Body made from SMC sheet-mould-compound Glassfibre Reinforced Polyester.
3 types of cover available, in 2 depths 45mm or 95mm:
– Transparent polycarbonate cover (PLS), with neoprene gasket
– Plain GRP cover (PLSP) with continuous polyurethane gasket
– Plain polycarbonate cover (PLSC), with neoprene gasket
Can be coupled by all their side surfaces.
External hinges can be fitted.
Self-extinguishing, halogen-free, and good resistance to UV.
Excellent resistance to most chemicals
Operating temperatures from -50°C to +150°C
Closure by captive slotted polyamide screws.

Insulating industrial boxes:
– ABS for indoor industrial applications (IK07).
– Polycarbonate for enhanced impact resistance (IK08) and for outdoor or UV-exposed applications.
Transparent cover version available with: ABS base and polycarbonate cover, or fully polycarbonate box.
Closure by 4 plastic captive screws with coarse thread outside the sealed area.
Reinforced edges of the cover ensure robustness and support during machining.
Adaptable hinges available for all 20mm and 40mm deep covers.
Sealing by continuous blue polyurethane gasket in a protective channel.
Internal integral bosses allow for fixing of mounting plate or direct attachment of DIN rails and other equipment by self-tapping screws provided.
Mounting of the box by corner channels outside of the sealed area, or by wall-mount brackets, or by direct mounting through the base (sealing plugs provided).

Junction Boxes made of halogen-free, self-extinguishing (650°C) insulating material.
Boxes up to 105x65x55 mm: ABS base and Polypropylene Lid.
Larger Boxes: Polypropylene base and lid.
Resistant to common chemicals and atmospheric corrosion.
Used as junction / branch boxes for all types of cable and conduit installations.
Grommet entries with stepped EVA membrane for cables and conduits.
Direct insertion of cables without tools up to diameter 14 mm.
Insertion of cables > Ø 14 mm and of conduits by removing step of the
appropriate entry diameter.

ETA wall-mounting enclosures ST…EE and ECOR…EEX comply with the European Directive 2014/34/UE that aims to ensure the free circulation of the products concerned in EU countries, and applies to equipment and protective systems to be used in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX), for the presence of flammable gases, vapours, mists or dusts.
According to the reference standards EN60079-0; 7 and 60079-31 boxes are “electric enclosures” classified for category II and zones 1, 2, 21, 22 for gas and dust (GD) with protection method EX-e, EX-tb. Protection methods are based on the concept of prevention. To comply with this, the directive establishes high structural standards and restrictive features of equipment and components, and strict periodic testing of the approved products under UNI EN13980 and ISO 9001.
