SF Mild Steel Modular Cabinets
Modular steel cabinet system, joinable side-by-side or back-to-back to form continuous suite of cabinets.
The structure comprises:
Robust welded upper and lower frames of 1-1.5mm profiles with 18 bends providing the strongest frame profile on the market.
4 Vertical uprights screwed together with solid steel integral corner connectors.
Corners fixed by 8 screws for easy assembly.
A double system of perforated squares and holes in the profile allows accessories to be installed using self-tapping TORX T30 M6 screws or cage nuts.
Load-bearing of the basic frame structure up to 1000 kg distributed in its volume.
Totally symmetric design of the profiles allows attachment of doors, side panels and rear cover on any plane.

Body constructed from a single piece frame with welded rear panel.
Front designed with a rigid frame for strength with welded corners.
Internal perforated rails allow depth adjustment of the mounting plate at 25mm pitch.
Door with reinforcement frame and standard comfort lever handle with a large choice of lock inserts. Door with 4 locking points and continuous foamed in polyurethane gasket is easily removable / reversible by means of easy click hinge system.
Glazed door version with 4mm toughened safety glass.
1-part galvanised gland entry plate.
Modular plinth of 100mm or 200mm height.

Desk lid equipped with a pneumatic opening stay, opening to 75°.

The frame structure is assembled by means of 8 resistance screws.
Door closure by lever-operated double bar locking system with key lock insert and two locking points.
Removable roof with ventilation louvers and cable entry plate.

Modular cabinet with structure manufactured from unique profiles of stainless steel 304L (316L on request). Structural frame is constructed by continuous closed welding free of sharp edges.
Roof, door and rear panel manufactured from satin finish stainless steel sheet 304L (316L on request).
Door with formed corners is provided with a stiffening tubular frame, silicone foam seal and lever-handle with 3 mm double bar locking system.
Lower frame manufactured from stainless steel sheet 304L (316L on request) includes galvanised steel modular and adjustable cable entry plate with sealing gasket.
Cabinets can be joined side-by-side in suites.
Plinths of height 100mm or 200mm are available.
